Your Personal Data – Our Obligations

On matters where we control and process your data we will ensure that this data is lawfully, fairly and transparently processed as agreed by yourselves (our users).   We will maintain security provisions.  By processing we mean maintaining the confidentiality, transparency, integrity and security of the data, the servers and network where the data is held.

Where it is a necessary requirement to access a user database to investigate a user related issue we will always seek your permission. 

We will ensure that at MKHA we protect this Charity and our users from unauthorised access to or unauthorised alteration, disclosure or destruction of information that we hold.  Specifically we will:

  1. Continually review our information collection, storage and processing practices including physical security measures to guard against unauthorised access/cyberware;
  •  Access to personal information is restricted to named MKHA trustees and named committee members, contractors and agents who require this information in order to process the data for our membership/user services.  These members will be subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

In the event of a breach there will inevitably be disciplinary measures in the event these strict obligations are not met.  In the event of an external contract provider such contract is likely to be terminated.

Upon accessing MKHA services where your information is capable of being stored, including as required your personal details we would recommend use of unique account passwords. 

Information MKHA Collect

Information MKHA will request from you

  1. Personal information:-
  1. Your full name
  2. Date of Birth
  3. Email address
  4. Telephone number
  5. Residential address

Credit Card information

We do not store credit card information.  Credit card information provided by the user whilst making a payment is held with the credit card service provider.

In the event you DO NOT wish us to store your information as stated above, request your data to be deleted.
