1. Ticket Availability:

• Tickets for the Navratri Event will be available for purchase through our convenient online portal. You can also buy them in person at the mandir during mandir opening hours.
• Tickets will be distributed on a ‘First Come First Serve’ basis. Due to the high demand, it’s essential to act quickly to guarantee your attendance.

2. Membership Discounts:

• If you’re a proud member of MKHA, you’re in luck! Members can enjoy discounted tickets for themselves and any family members who hold paid memberships. It’s an exclusive perk of being part of our community.
• However, please note that discounted tickets are only applicable to members and their immediate family who are also members. For non-members, full-priced tickets will apply.

3. Booking Tips:

• With such high demand for tickets, it’s possible that you may encounter difficulties during the booking process. Don’t worry; we’re here to help!
• If you experience any issues while booking online, we recommend trying again later. Sometimes, heavy traffic can slow down the process.

Terms and Conditions

1. Refunds:

• Due to the nature of the event, we do not issue refunds for tickets purchased.

2. Transferring of tickets

• Tickets are nontransferable. The management reserves the right to grant or deny entry to the event should there be any descrepancy.

3. Membership Validation:

• The management reserves the right to validate individual tickets and verify membership status.
• If a membership is found to be inactive on the day of the event, the management reserves the right to either request the price difference to be paid or restrict entry to the event.

4. Right to Entry:

• The management reserves the right to grant or deny entry to the event.

5. Online Ticket Purchases:

• Placing an order does not guarantee you a place at the event. Payment need to be made and order need to be complete. Your place is only confirmed once tickets are issued on order completion.
• You will need a valid parent Ticket for child tickets.  The management reserves the right to grant or deny entry to the event should you fail to meet this condition. You may be liable to pay the full price of the ticket.
• OAP Age is 65 and above. Proof of age may be requested.
• We trust our community members to be honest in declaring the age of their children.

6. Ticket Purchases for Non-Members:

• Members purchasing tickets for non-members should select the appropriate non-members ticket and pay the applicable price to avoid delays.

7. Ticket Purchase Issues or Bulk Orders:

• If you encounter any issues while purchasing tickets or wish to buy 10 or more tickets, please contact us via email at info@mkha.org or by phone at 03003651008.

8. Ticket Quantity Restrictions:

• To prevent the purchase of tickets for non-members within the membership quota, there is a limit of 4 tickets per order. Please choose your attendees wisely.

9. Free Entry for Children:

• • Children, 10 years and under receive free entry to the event. Parents will need to secure free tickets for the children. For health and safety reasons, a headcount needs to be maintained. failing to secure such tickets may results and delay and possibly rejection in entry for children.
  • Children with Free Entry must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. MKHA Management cannot be held liable for the safety of unattended children.
  • Proof age may be requested. Failing to do so may cause delays and the management committee may also either request full price of ticket
