Terms and Conditions
1. Refunds:
- Due to the nature of the event, we do not issue refunds for tickets purchased.
2. Membership Validation:
- The management reserves the right to validate individual tickets and verify membership status.
- If a membership is found to be inactive on the day of the event, the management reserves the right to either request the price difference to be paid or restrict entry to the event.
3. Right to Entry:
- The management reserves the right to grant or deny entry to the event.
4. Online Ticket Purchases:
- Placing an order does not guarantee you a place at the event. Payment need to be made and order need to be complete. Your place is only confirmed once tickets are issued on order completion.
- If you select any other payment method apart from card payment, please ensure that you pay within 24 hrs. If you do not make the payment, the order may be cancelled the the tickets released to stock.
5. Ticket Purchases for Non-Members:
- Members purchasing tickets for non-members should select the appropriate non-members ticket and pay the applicable price to avoid delays.
6. Ticket Purchase Issues or Bulk Orders:
- If you encounter any issues while purchasing tickets or wish to buy 10 or more tickets, please contact us via email at info@mkha.org or by phone at 03003651008.
8. Ticket Quantity Restrictions:
- To prevent the purchase of tickets for non-members within the membership quota, there is a limit of 4 tickets per order. Please choose your attendees wisely.
9. Free Entry for Children:

- Children under 5 years of age receive free entry to the event.
- We trust our community members to be honest in declaring the age of their children.

To ensure the highest quality of performances, we will be conducting auditions to choose the best acts. This selection process will give every participant an equal opportunity to shine on stage and represent their state’s culture with pride.

Application for Audition : Friday, 29th September – Make sure to submit your application by this date to be considered for the auditions.- Audition Date: Sunday, 29th October – All applicants are invited to the auditions, which will take place at the MKHA Mandir from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm.
